Humanizing Technology

This lecture at Circulo del Design accompanies a two day workshop "Lazy bastards" given at the Fablab Torino.

In this day and age, robots are presented as the embodiment of precision, speed and efficiency. What if they were fed up to work non-stop, day and night, and were breaking free of their productive raison d’être ? In this hands on hands-on workshop we will break the conventions of what is expected and supposed to be done with industrial robots and explore the potential of robots in creative practices.
